My story as a photographer.
It's funny the way God changes the path that our life seems to be leading down. Throughout high school & early college, I thought all I wanted to do was perform on stage. That changed when God decided to place another art form on my heart & gave me the opportunity to take a step back from the spotlight. Photography started out as a simple creative outlet for me & quickly turned into something more purposeful -- something that would place others in the spotlight instead of me.
I grew to love showcasing other people's stories & relationships. I became obsessed with documenting moments in time & marrying my love for performing with my love for photographing. The adrenaline rush after shooting a concert was addicting; the watery eyes watching two people come together as one was beautiful. I knew I wanted to "choose" multiple genres & niches as a photographer rather than choosing just one.
